
During a long que for medication of my wife's grand mother at Health Centre in Tapah Perak last 2 month ago, I took the picture of an agenda stick on the wall of that clinic. This agenda address 10 pratices by Health Ministry of Malaysia how to handling stress. There are:
1. Calm down
2. Take a deep breath
3. Saying " just relax"
4. Pray or something like
5. Make a conversation / talking with somebody
6. Do massage
7. Relax and listening to music
8. Go for recreation
9. Make a regular exercise
10. Be a positive thinker
